We recommend starting with 1 drop per area and then wait 10-15 seconds. You will then know if you need to reapply, and where. Each product works differently on every people, and with Transdermal SynergyTM the effects are felt quickly.

If you find that you are reapplying more frequently, you might consider moving up to a higher potency in the future as that is your body’s way of letting you know what it needs. The products are most effective when you take a moment to sit and relax, taking a few slow deep breaths right after applying. This gives your nervous system an opportunity to reset. Experiment and find what works best for you.

Calm

Calm your nervous system

Apply 1 drop on the concha of each ear at least twice a day. Do not put directly in the ear canal. See Diagram 1.

Release your stress

Apply 1-2 drops on each of the "5 Stress Points". See Diagram 2.

Put directly on symptomatic area

You can simply put1-3 drops on any area that feels affected ie: chest, neck, stomach, jaw etc.
